I've recently fallen in love with A-line skirts and I just had to buy one in the H&M presale and I haven't worn anything else since. Okay, that's not totally true, I do wear other clothing haha. This skirt is just the perfect size for me. Skirts are usually too big for me because I have a tiny waist and small hips and they're just not too flattering. But this skirt is so easy to combine with a halter neck crop top and platform sandals. Yup, I'm in love. What do you think of A-line skirts?

Discovering new places and traveling around the world is what I love to do most in life and I'm so grateful to be able to travel. My parents have wanderlust in their blood and so do I. Having to stay home and not discovering new things is torture for us, we'd rather take the car or the train without having a destination than staying home. I created a wishlist and collected some stunning photographs for you to get inspired and I hope you enjoy them!

When it comes to painting my nails, I always paint them black or white simply because I don't have any other pretty colors in my nailpolish stash. I remember being obsessed with painting my nails and nail art, but then I turned 16 and I gave all the pretty colors away. The same thing happened to my wardrobe and now it consists of black and white clothing and a couple colorful pieces. But, I told myself it's been boring enough and I got two adorable new nailpolishes from Catrice. These ones are quick drying and really pigmented, plus they last so long! 

I went on a trip to Ghent yesterday with my mum, my aunt and my godmother and we had such a lovely time. We did a bit of walking, shopping, eating, lots of chatting and we just enjoyed the day and each other's company. The day flew by so quickly and I really want to do this over again in another city, because there's so much to discover in tiny Belgium, haha. I hope you enjoy the photos and have a lovely day! Whenever I get ready to cook something vegan and healthy, I already know what my family's reaction is going to be. "Why can't you cook normal food for once?", is what my brother usually says accusingly.  "Oh, a normal dessert would have been fine too, honey.", that's my dad's reaction. Yeah, I guess you could say my family still has to get used to my 'lifestyle change'. Although I've been a vegetarian for nearly four years now, the change to being vegan is quite 'radical' according to my parents. Anyway, that was a long introduction for a basic dessert: vegan vanilla cakes.

In the outfit post I uploaded yesterday, I told you about the Ariana Grande concert I was going to and since you can't say A without B, I wanted to upload some pictures I took at the concert. I know a lot of people can't stand Ariana, but I love her and her confidence. As I said on Instagram; not many people can sing in tune & dance their butt off at the same time. Plus, her style is just amazing and can we take a moment to appreciate the cat ears? I would love to know what you think about her music and if you would consider going to one of her concerts?

One more week to go until I can finally relax and forget about my exams. The past month has been all about school and it's making me so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open. I can't wait to go on holiday in a few weeks and I'm also seeing Ariana Grande perform tonight! (hence the post title) I'm so excited to finally see her live. I'm currently sitting behind my laptop (obviously...) and I'm ready to head out the door to Antwerp. Have a lovely evening! 

 

My mum and I randomly decided to go on a girl's dinner date together this evening. We rarely get the chance to have a good old' talk (I sound so old now) and since my dad is having a guy's weekend with his friends in France and my brother wanted to watch football games, we thought it would be fun to head out to the city and grab some food.

I wore (and am still wearing.. I've just returned fyi) a pair of super cute shorts, my all-time favorite crop top from Topshop, the necklace I got yesterday (I blogged about it) and my sandals. My adorable bag also had to come with me to carry my camera and other random stuff I really don't need. *Quick subtle question*: would you like to see a what's in my bag post? Anyway, have a lovely evening!

I went on a little shopping trip for about 30 minutes and I did some damage to my bank account. It's not too bad, although I did tell myself I wouldn't buy anything. But hey, a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do...

One of the things I like to do the most when it’s rainy and cloudy outside, is listening to Jazz and gathering inspirational photos from Weheartit. I’ve recently also created a Pinterest account, but I’m still getting used to the whole concept as I’ve been loving Weheartit for such a long time. Anyway, with the music playing in the background and dreamy interiors, outfits and cities in front of me, it feels like the whole world has slowed down and I can relax for a moment. It might sound a bit sad, sitting in my room by myself with a comfy blanket wrapped around me, but sometimes that’s all I need to be happy. What makes you happy?

While you're reading this, I'm probably stuyding crazy hard for my exams and stressing out because I won't be able to store all the information in my head. I did take some photos of my outfits before the exam period started off so you wouldn't have to wait three weeks for another outfit. I prefer sitting in my pj's when I study, with a cup of green tea in my hand and my best friend aka chocolate by my side. My books are literally sprawled all over my bedroom and it's messier than it's ever been. Sorry, mum. I hope you enjoy this outfit though! XX
