I'm always looking for good vegan desserts and when I found this recipe for the BEST vegan chocolate chip cookies in the world, I knew I just had to give it a try. I mean, who doesn't love a great cookie with chocolate (yum!) that's vegan? I got all the ingredients, made the dough, baked the cookies and oh my, these really are delish and so addictive! Let's start baking!
Ingredients:
– 60ml soy milk
– 1 tsp vanilla or vanilla paste
– 40g dairy-free chocolate chips
– 150g of softened soy margarine
– 110g brown sugar
– maple syrup (the sweeter you want your cookies to be, the more you can
add)
– 180g flour
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1,5 tsp baking powder
– 1,5 tsp baking powder
* Blend together the soy
margarine, brown sugar and maple syrup. Once blended, add the soy milk
and vanilla and mix well. The mixture should have a creamy consistency.
* Add the flour, salt and
baking powder to the mixture and mix with a hand mixer. Add in the chocolate
chips.
